Founded in 1973 by Russell Sanches and incorporated in 1976, Sanches Construction Company, Inc. (SCC) began as small residential basement walls and flatwork concrete contractor.  Today Sanches Construction Company has transitioned from what was once a small family outfit to a top minority contractor on state and federally funded projects.
